Front desk managers have good attitude, always smiling. Found a room quickly. Friendly staff. Excellent food at the Angithi restaurant. Clean bed and hot water. Good location.

It was great to stay at a hotel located in the midst of a market place, close to shopping centres like Park Street, and with easy access to the New Market nightlife. the rooms were spacious and clean with all modern amenities. the staff was always cooperative and helpful, with a particular staff member standing out for his service. the hotel served a complimentary breakfast with a wide variety of items to choose from.
It would have been better if the hotel had a quieter environment with less noise from children running in the corridors.

My stay at this hotel was extremely satisfying in many ways. the location of the hotel is perfect, right in the center of the city and very close to the vibrant New Market night life. Secondly, the staff was very attentive and provided great service, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. Lastly, the rooms were well-equipped with all modern amenities, ensuring a comfortable and convenient experience. I was also impressed with the breakfast options available, offering a wide range of healthy and delicious choices to start the day.
All aspects of my stay at this hotel were absolutely fine.

I recently stayed at this hotel in the center of the city and I must say it was a great value for money. The prices were very reasonable and the attention to detail was evident in the well-maintained rooms with all modern amenities. The location was perfect as it was within walking distance to the New Market and the vibrant nightlife. The staff was helpful and kind, and the vegetarian food provided by the hotel cafe was really good. Additionally, the breakfast had a nice selection, including traditional Kolkata dishes like puri-sabji.

The location of the hotel was very convenient as it was within walking distance of popular shopping areas and historical landmarks. The vegetarian breakfast provided by the hotel was delicious and offered a variety of options. the staff was friendly and accommodating.
The noise from the nearby street traffic was quite loud and disrupted our sleep. The rooms were a bit cramped and could use some updating.
